Database reliability
Backups you have actually restored, predictable performance and scaling before it becomes an emergency. I have led a database reliability team on AWS.
Database migrations
Moving to another database engine or into AWS, with a plan for schema conversion, data validation and the cut-over.
Cloud & delivery
AWS infrastructure as code and automated GitHub pipelines, so every change is tested and deployed the same way, without manual steps.

Who is behind Synapse
I'm Peter Hinďoš, a freelance engineer from Slovakia.
My work has always been about data: designing warehouses, building reporting from ingestion to dashboards, and leading a database reliability team for cloud projects on AWS and PostgreSQL. Synapse is how I work with clients directly. There is no account manager in between; you talk to the person who does the work.
